Advanced Technology Products has developed the latest technology in tubing hose and pneumatic accessories. This is truly “Advanced Technology”. We are an industry leader in ergonomically improved designs containing additional safety features to support assembly and automation applications worldwide.
Our spiral hoses and tubes are superior because we use 100% virgin materials only to achieve improved performance. No “off spec” or regrind material is used.
Beginning with Shore A 98 durometer raw material gives our spirals improved memory ensuring they retract faster , more completely and more often than competitive products. Therefore sagging and tangling is minimized.
Tight tolerance on ID and OD in extrusion process allows hoses to be used with compression style fittings and also push-in type fittings. This substantially increases fittings options.
Kinking is virtually eliminated with ATP spiral hoses.
The material formulation offers excellent abrasion resistance and long service life while a high tech extrusion process provides an extremely smooth bore for improved flow rates.
ATP polyurethane spiral hoses are compact, space saving and have a smooth transition from coil to straight tails providing significant user ergonomics.

Spiral Hose Terminology
Working Length
This is optimum stretch length from end to end. Always best established by measuring the required distance the hose is required to stretch.
A overall compressed length
This is the overall compressed length from end to end.
B & D tail lengths
These are the straight lengths at either end of the spiral.
Typically for spiral hoses these are 100mm (short tail) and 500mm (long tail).
C compressed coil or number of turns
This is the compressed coil section only. It can also be described as the counted number of turns.
E coil outside diameter
Determined by the tube size. Can be customized to change stretch ratio.
